I have spent the last ten years working in the creative industries as a photographer, stylist and designer. I am good at making things look good! As well as a Bachelor of Visual arts (Photography) I have qualifications from AUT in Fashion and Graphic design.
Before going out on my own, I spent four years working for The Warehouse as an in-house photographer. While there I shot it all; from sandpaper to bedding, electrical appliances to footwear. I became their jewellery photography specialist after developing new techniques for shooting reflective metals. I LOVE shooting reflective metals, it's a weird thing to geek out about, but I really enjoy the challenge of shooting shiny.
As a freelancer I have shot for some of New Zealand’s leading retailers, including: Farmers, The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Stevens, Noel Leeming and Torpedo7. But I do smaller gigs too!
My spare time is spent drawing pictures of Fred Armisen, watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer and youtube videos of animals that are friends with other animal species. I 💜💜 the one of the elephant and the dog.
I'd love to meet a cat named Malcolm and I think nobody should have to pay for feijoas.
If you want to know more about me, my work or if you have a video of a piglet and chimp hanging out, please get in touch.
